ONLINE RETURNS
Please return your purchase to our mail order department. Crabtree-evelyn.com accepts returns within 60 days of your original purchase. There's just a couple of things to remember:

Returns with a copy of the invoice:
• Please enclose a copy of the invoice along with the product
• Let us know if you would like a replacement or refund (Shipping charges are not refunded). We will refund the amount directly to the debit or credit card account used for the original order
• Please remember to include a day time phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions
• If you would like an exchange, a shipping fee of $7.50 will be charged

Returns without a copy of the invoice:
• Please enclose the product
• Let us know if you would like to exchange for another product or have a refund issued to the debit or credit card used for the original order (if you would like an exchange, a shipping fee of $7.50 will be charged)

• Please present the product
• You will receive a merchandise credit only
